|
Applications |
| Mecofill® silver coated glass spheres are electric high conductive additives. Conductivity and electromagnetic interfrence shielding (EMI/RMI) properties are comparable with pure silver.

|
 |
|
 |
|
| By using glass as chemically inert carrier we succeeded in strongly reducing the portion of expencive silver an at the same time reach a maximum in electrically conductivity. Thus operational areas open, which are not accessible to pure silver from cost reasons.
|
|
- EMI/RMI shielding
- electrostatic derivation ability
- PTF pastes
- conductive inks
- conductive adhesives
- conductive TPE’s
- Flip Chip

Features |
- pure silver as coating material enables low final product resistances.
Depending upon silver content and amount of filling values, resistances are reached within
the range of 10-1 to 10-3 ohm cm.
- from a particularly developed coating process an excellent adhesive strength from silver
results to glass
- chemically inert borsilikatglas withstands highest temperatures and reduces at the same time
the density of the filler. The reproducible particle size distribution makes an optimal conductivity
network and a continuous final product quality possible.
